Quick and dirty in Excel and PDF format, prints in landscape on letter paper.
Had to throw this together for next weeks Super Bowl XLII neighborhood party, wanted something simple and legible that can be filled out without digital intervention. The logo is just for kicks of course, the NFL certainly doesn’t endorse gambling or sponsor our little low budget neighborhood get together, even if we are just 11 miles north of University of Phoenix Stadium.

Mike,
Thanks for the template. It is perfect for the pool I will make for our Super Bowl get together. Your time and effort is appreciated……………
Rick
Glad you can use it Rick, we discovered that Party City stores carry a large version which includes ribbon awards for each quarter, kind of cool, think it runs about $4. But the freebie is reusable!
This is just what I was looking for and hope I can get all 100 squares sold. Did this once before and even for those who care nothing about football and those who love it like I do it just makes the game alot more exciting and interesting to those who are alone watching or partying with friends. Thanks for the template.
Mike,
The template was great! Super simple!! I will also check out Party City…. that sounds like fun with the ribbon rewards. Thanks for the tip.
Maureen
Thanks Mike for the taking the time to put together. As simple as this is, it still makes my life easier.
thanks,
Go NY Giants!!!!!!!!! UPSET!!!!!!
Glad you found it useful everyone.
What a game! For once the game was better than the commercials! We filled all of our squares and one couple won both the 2nd and 3rd quarters. A Patriots fan took the 4th. Consolation prize?
Thanks, I just printed and copied many for Super Bowl XLIII.
Awesome. I like this template, very simple and useful.
